She is a Moon maiden, like me. A Cancer girl through and through. We have not seen each other in like 6 years.
But tonight, we are together coincidentally under the Super Moon. Unfortunately, it is crazy cloudy and we cannot see it. But we sure tried. We went out on the porch in our jammies. You can tell that the moon is bright, as the sky is grey. As we stood there waiting patiently for a glimpse, a huge beam blasted through the cloud bank.
Frigg (the Norse Goddess of the Moon, get it? Arty and Frigg) was all, "that was for us"
Good enough for me.
Last night was a good night to stay in here, too. The clouds were inpenetrable, the rain was coming down in a torrent, and the wind was blasting at 50 mph.

I'm glad you two got to see a special ray of super moonlight all your own. It sounds like you had a nice evening relaxing and catching up.
Did I ever tell you the story of when me and Bubbles were at Red's house last summer and we were all on our computers writing a blog at the same time? Showed me how technology permeates even close gatherings with friends. Have an awesome time with Frigg :)

Smarty - ha! That's fantastic. It is so interesting. We were perfectly content doing that. What a strange beast technology is.
ReplyDeleteArty, I fired up the grill last night. I had to try it out. I just made a hamburger, but it was wonderful. The ceramic body really holds and radiates heat. I can't wait, either. We will have some amazing meals.
